I just had my period on October 25th and then about 2 weeks later got my period again but with a lighter flow then normal. What does this mean?

It doesn't necessarily "mean" anything.

As much as some women like to think their period comes like clockwork... the fact is our body is very complicated and can throw us curve balls once in awhile.

Stress can cause a delay in period, or cause you to skip it altogether. I'm sure there are other factors that can cause a period to come early.

Are you sexually active? If so, sometimes having sex can start a period earlier than expected (at least it has happened to me before).

It may just be breakthrough bleeding, which is just midcycle spotting before you get your "real" period.
