This question is about my husbands coverage under my COBRA.

I became disabled and went on LTD in 2003. My company covered my benefits for several years and then I went on COBRA. My husband subsequently lost his job and went on my COBRA 1/1/2006. My COBRA was extended (for both of us) due to my disability.

My husband has just been awarded SS disability for PTSD back-dated to 3/2/2006. He should get Medicare back-dated to around 8/2008.

Will his coverage continue under COBRA or will they drop him?
