I received a civil citation for credit card debt. I responded with an answer,and request for discovery and disclosure. I received a response saying that some of the documents I asked for would be produced within 30 to 60 days and some would not. What is my next step? Do I file a motion for summary judgement or wait for the time frame they gave and see what they send? Where can I get a copy of a motion for summary judgment to use as an example?
