:o Hi, I'm new to this site and so grateful that I found it!

I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right forum but we have one of those Gas lantern looking lights outside on our lawn. I'm almost 100% sure it's Gas..

The other day, it just wasn't lit anymore. Can I just re-light it with a match or lighter,
Like the stove? Or am I going to blow up our whole block?
Thanks for any replies..

Judy

This is an electrical forum, and we can only help if this was an electrical fixture using an electrical light bulb.

If is this gas, you should post this question in the Plumbing forum.

Before you do anything, you should deterimine exactly what you have.

A statement such as "almost 100%" means you are not sure.

If you can determine the manufacturer and model number of the unit you have, perhaps you can find information on exactly what you have and the lighting instructions.
