Please help me to eradicate a very noisy cold water tap in my bathroom. When I turn the tap on there is a very loud juddering noise I suppose it could be air in the pipes but it persists.

Is this a sink or tub/shower tap? One handle or two knobs? What's the brand name?
Sounds like a loose washer but will tell you more when I have more information. Regards, Tom
