I am on probation until March 20, 2009 and have been on since September 20, 2007. During my time I have violated my probation however I was never convicted. I live in Connecticut. I was wondering if more time could be added to my sentence even though I never got convicted. Also before the end of my probation I am required to take a polygraph... if I fail that is it also possible more time could be added to my sentence?

More time won't be added to your sentence if you violate your probation. What will happen is you will have a probation violating hearing and then the judge will decide to either put you in jail for so many weeks/months pursuant to your original sentence or not or continue on with your probation time adding more probation time.
