I believe residents of Alaska do not have an income tax because the revenues the government collects from business taxes and retail taxes, etc. covers their expenses.

Florida has no income tax levied on their residents. They get their income from tourism racking up ridiculous tax charges on hotel rooms, rent a cars, etc. from the gullible tourists from up North going to Disneyworld.
