Hi. I am a 12 year old girl, and I weigh 116.5 lbs. My thighs are 47.9cm or 18.2 inches wide. My upper arms are 29.3cm or 11.2 inches wide. I am slim, I guess, but I want to be skinny. Like very skinny. How could I lose the fat in my stomach area, lges and thigh areas and my whole arms? Baisically my whole body? Please help, I am desperate! Thank - you. :)

Learn more about food and the calories you take in. Learn about fat, carbs, protein, etc.
It's no secret as to how to eat healthy and lose some fat. Stick with more meats, veggies and fruit (good carb) and lower your intake of carbs (breads, fries, chips, pasta) and sugars.
Then exercise more, which burns more calories. Something simple as jump rope (skipping) or jumping jacks for 15 to 20 minutes or more will burn a decent amount of calories.
Don't forget to eat 3 times a day and don't starve yourself or your body will want to retain more fat because it thinks you are starving and will want to protect itself.
Snacking is always a problem for people, celery sticks with salsa are low calorie, or if you like any raw veggies go ahead (if you need dip with them, make sure no fat or low fat and just for taste, don't pile it on).
That's a good start, if you master these habits on a DAILY basis you should have a healthy feeling and healthy looking body in a matter of months.
Good luck.
P.S. As for very skinny, you do not want an eating disorder; you life could be in danger. I would in addition to achieving health eating and exercise habits; develop a healthy attitude towards your body image. If you must know, boys hate very skinny; I know girls think they are fat and that their skinny girlfriends are beautiful, but boys don't and believe me, in a couple of years you will love your curves. Learn to love yourself as you are, but you can still have the goal to eat and exercise healthy, everything else will fall into place.

I agree with TexasParent... guys don't like the super skinny girls! It sounds like you are pretty healthy right now... not overweight at all. If you want to maybe tone your body a bit more then just get outside and be active. Go for a run or rollarblade with some friends. Join a sports team at school or do dance. This way you will have fun, develop positive body images and confidence and probably make some friends!
Some low impact exercises would be
Arm circles to tone your arms...
Leg lifts to tone your thighs...
And obviously crunches for your tummy.
Just be careful not to go overboard with the exercising.

I would say take it slow at first especially if you are not used to working out. Turn on your radio and do each exercise for the length of a song. This will be hard... I did this everyday for four years in dance at school and it never really got easy. It got easier but never really easy.
If you can't do it for a whole song do half a song. Just try to do it a little bit longer each time! Push yourself to keep going when you start to get tired. Just be careful not to push too far as you can hurt your body and muscles.
And again... exercise is good but you don't want to overdo it. Listen to your body... if you are feeling sharp pains or any straining stop.
Hope that helps!
