In four years I am turning 21 and I am very eager to vote...

But Election day 2012 I will be 20, 11 months and 12 days...
That isnīt enough right?

But Dave isn't even 18 yet to vote now. But he will be able to vote in the next election. It's 21 to drink and 18 to vote.

I could be wrong, but I believe 18 to vote is a federal thing, not state.

Nope, doesn't depend on the state, it is a Federal law. 18 to vote and 18 to register for the draft. You can do both at the same time.
