My 96 lancer is not starting I changed the injector seals and coil battery is brand new some 1 help I need my car fixed please!!

. Ensure battery is fully charged. Clean battery terminals and cable connections.

. Test all under-dash and under-hood fuses with a test light or multimeter:

. Check for codes.

. Test for spark. If none, test/replace the Ignition Control Module. It should look something like:

Sounds like you may have replaced the coil, which is good.

. Check for fuel. Do you hear the fuel pump run, when the ignition switch is turned to ON?

No mate can't hear fuel pump I bought a new 1 but can't find the old 1 where is it located is it in the fuel tank
