My grandson was placed back in jail by P.O and revoked his bond for being out after 12:00A.M even though he just got out of work. What can do about this problem

Hi, floresru2!
The first thing that I would suggest doing is speaking with the probation officer to see why your grandson being out after 12:00 A.M. was a violation of his probation if being out after that hour was related to your grandson getting off work and if getting off work at that hour was in violation of his probation.
If the probation officer knew where and when your grandson was working, and since holding down some kind of job is usually a requirement of probation, then there may have been some kind of misunderstanding somewhere as to the hours of work as related to the conditions of probation.
Just my thoughts on this matter...
Thanks!

Hello f:
There isn't a bond with probation. A bond comes with NEW charges. Those NEW charges may be what violated him.
However, if you'd tell us more, I'm sure we could do better than we have.

excon is correct, a bond is only where you are accused of a crime and the PO has no bearing on this, the bailbondsmen is over a bond.
A PO is over probation, and there is no bond for probation.
So there is some problem, perhaps just in the wording or perhaps what the kid is telling everyone.
But if the kid told his PO about his job, he would have gotten permission to do that job, and permission to go STRAIGHT home.
