Hello everyone,

I'm moving into a place that has a strange layout for the bathroom with just moving the toilet around.

Can anyone give me a walk through on how this can be done? Is this a DIY project or something easy and cheap a plumber can do?

Ishmorales - I really hate to bust someone's BUBBLE ,but this is easier said then done. Also you didnty say if this was a first floor or second floor or the basement . You will have to move the sewer pipe from the flange ( will probably have to be a new one ON JUST HOW MUCH TROUBLE IT WILL BE IS WHERE THE TOILET IS LOCATED , in basement ,1st floor ,second floor. First - and before you do anything: Measure existing toilet: from side wall to the center of the bowl. Get back to us with this dimension. Based on this measurement we will advise you how to proceed...

Answer milo and FBE's questions.
If this is a setup where you can get underneath the bathroom, ( a 2nd. Floor bath or a crawl space) then this would simply involve fitting to the new location, however, if you're on a slab or basement the floor will have to be jackhammered up and trenched over to the new location before any fittings can be moved. Milo's concerned you won't have 15" of elbow room with the new location. Let's have some details. Tom
