Hi I had given birth to my son on Oct. 7th 2008... I am married, but my husband is NOT the father of my son... I would like to know How can I get a birth certificate without naming a father in the state of Hawaii?

Unless I am missing something, you just don't list one when they give you the form to fill out

Thx. I didn't name a father @ the hospital while I was filling out the birth certificate papers. But I got a letter from the State of Hawaii saying that I have 2 got 2 court & or turn in certified documents.. of either my husband.. (who is NOT my son's natural father) or the info of my son's natural father... of which I have No contact with. Thank u for your help.
