I had sex during ovulation, my period was due oct 21st I took an hpt on the 22nd after chugging an ice coffee, it was negative, I've never missed a period before,the 23rd after urinating I had slight pink spotting that was it I also have minor cramps and I am exhausted is it possible the test was wrong please help:confused:

Take another test in a day or two using first morning urine.
