First of all, I realize you are new to the site, so I will ask you to turn off your CAPS as it is construed as yelling.

Secondly, if he refuses to sign his rights away, there is little you can do. Once the baby is born you can either put him on the birth certificate or not. But you do have the right to collect child support.

You already have full custody. The baby is still in your belly. LOL

You can't fight for rights until after the baby is born.

You will have custody of your child unless he fights you for custody by proving you are an unfit mother. He can't just sign over his rights because he has a financial obligation to the child. You can collect child support and he can be given visitations if he wants but regardless if he choosing to be in the child life he would've to pay child support and it can be enforce by the courts. He can have a say so if you chose to move especially once a order in place and if it interfer with his visitations. Get a lawyer!

Yes, as noted you can not just have his rights taken away.
