My landlord has taken me to court for past due rent and wants us to terminate our lease as he has already accepted November rent from someone else. The judge has given us till next Friday to pay the past due rent and 30 days from Nov 1st to find acceptabe living. Are we responsible for paying Nov rent and also he is already calling to see if we can be out ASAP since he already promised the house to this other person and accepted money from them

My suggestion is to direct your question back to the judge who gave the ruling. Perhaps a call to the judge's office will clarify the matter. Hopefully, anyway.

If the exact workding of your judgement isn't clear then, yes, contact the court.

I would take what you said to mean that you have until Friday to pay October rent and whatever else you're behind, and then yes, you will also owe November rent, since you'll be living there for November. But of course it depends on the exact wording of the judgement.

Does it say what happens if you don't pay by Friday?

Yes, I agree with the above postings, also it sounds to me as if your landlord might be in for a bad time if he's promised the house to someone else, and your judgement gives you until november's end to be out.
Definitely contact the court. Get and ex-parte hearing if nothing else.
