I remember a seeing this movie when I was really small (4 or 5 years old maybe? So around 1986-87ish) and every now and then some key scenes come back to me and it drives me nuts that I don't know what movie it is. I'd like to find it and watch it again because it struck a cord with me when I was little.
The movie was a cartoon and I remember a scene where a blond beautiful girl had to look after a whole bunch of little babies and I think they were mother natures babies. She had to feed them baby food and they were spitting it out.
I remember another part where the blond girl had a puppy and it turned into a flower or maybe the flower turned into a puppy I can't quite remember and she was sad. Then I remember at the end there was a necklace with a jewel on it and it was quite significant to the movie. At the end a dark haired beauty who was evil was going to throw it down a well. There was also a prince who in the end ended up with the blond. I remember the necklace with the jewel was a big part of the movie and the rivalry between the blond girl and dark haired girl was a big theme of the movie as well. If someone knows what I am talking about and can tell me the name of the movie I would be forever grateful. Thanks!
