I have a nordyne e1eh-015h unit. Problem I'm having is when I turn the heater on the air condition coil freezes up. Does anybody have an idea of what might be the problem.

To start with turn off the outside unit to prevent the freeze up.

Is this a heat problem?

Or is this when you turn the A/C on the coil freezes up.

Pleas explain better.
