Hi... I am currently working for a company that has been bought out and half of it put into administration - unfortunately or fortunately whichever way you look at it I am now working for the administrators and have been since 6 October... I was wondering as many of my colleagues don't think we will get paid on Friday as we should and they admin guys are very vague, I am not due redundancy but my last months wage would be helpful. Has anyone had any dealings with anything like this or know if we should or will definitely get paid?

Hi, rachix!

What I would suggest doing is directing your concerns that you are having in person to one of the Administrators and also have one or two witnesses with you when you ask questions to the Administrator. That way, you will have support both with your colleagues and also evidence, as a result of witnesses being present, to help you in case you don't get paid.

Thanks... but we have done this and we get a 'yea ull get paid' we asked for it in writing but are still waiting... the head office for administrators cannot guarantee our wages so unsure if we have any legal right to get paid and who we go to for it if we don't??
