We living in a new sub division, builder has its office near my house. My wife has a learning lincense, while driving with me(G lisence) she hits into a fance own by City. It happened at 6:00pm. What should I do?

Do I need to call city or sub division builder or pilic?

If I call my insurance what will happen?

If I call City, what will happen?

If I call polic what will happen?

Please help me out with a best solution.

You should have called the police when it happened. If the vehicle has been moved, she may be charged with hit and run destruction of property.
