I installed the faucet (Moen L82691 ) and have only hot water. The temperature varies from extremely hot to very warm.

Uninstall the cartridge and clean the hot input port.While the cartrdige is still out cover the opening of the valve body and have someoene turn on the main for just a second to blow out any additional debris.
