I remember renting this as a kid. Idk if it was a movie that went direct to VHS or maybe it was a TV episode I can't remember. I remember it kind of centered/followed a dog around an aqarium or a seaworld park, at one point the dog is swimming around the tank with a glass bowlmlike mask on. There might have been muppetts or something like them in it, I can't remember. Also I could have sworn that the dog's swimming to a jimmy Buffett song. Anyone have a clue what it is I'm remembering?

Hmm, was it live action? I do remember an older movie where a dog makes friends with a dolphin- It was called Zeus and Roxanne, on HBO video. Maybe that's it?

Thanks but that wasn't it, it def wasn't made before like 1995 and I'm pretty sure it was sometime around the late 80s. It was live action though.
