OK so decided I need to talk seriosly to her or I'm going to lose it but now I don't know what to say can somebody help me so I can have an idea or something thanks.

Talk seriously about what? Why would you be with someone who hates spending time with you ?

Dnt tell her crap! Just start ignoring her, don't call her or any of that. I promise if you act like you don't care she will either start being nice to you because she really cares about you, or she just wount call you at all... (meaning she never cared about you)
And seriously you don't need a girl like that at all!!

You have 4 threads going right now that all seem to be about the same thing. I think you need to take a step back and relax... big time. Take the advice that people give (the mature advice) and give it time. You've only been going out with her for 2 months, not 2 years. It's good that you have fixed the fact that you think she doesn't enjoy time with you, but I wouldn't get too worked up about the other guy right now.

Seriously, you don't need this.. your only at the start of a relationship the time when it is all supposed to be sunshine and roses, NOT 'my girlfriend hates spending time with me'?? I wouldn't take this for a second.. screw that. You seem like a nice interested guy find a girl that is more like you and less of a *****
