I just wanted to ask a question about steam treatments for hair. I was told not to over do it with the steam treatments but I wash and condition on the weekly basis. How often should I give myself this treatment, and sometimes I use multiple conditioners, should I do the treatment for each conditioner? Thank you

Steaming should not be done for any more then five minutes and always in conjunction with a deep conditioner. No, you should not over do it and never just steam your hair only.

Yes, twice a month is more then enough !
