I married in U.S but I was abroad when my husband told me that he had found a good bargain of the house of his dreams, so he didn’t want to lose that. Consequently, I quickly had to sign and notarized and mail back to him the disclaimer that authorizes him as a married man to get the house as his sole property. He claimed that was going to be temporary because I was a foreigner also because I wasn’t here at the moment of the purchase. He claimed that if I didn’t sign the disclaimer, he will not be able to purchase the house. So trusting his words because I couldn’t understand English by then, I did sign it. Since then the house is his sole property as a married man in a state, Arizona, where there is community property law. Obviously he deliberately deceived me and took my community property rights away
What can I do to revoke that disclaimer and get my community property back? That was 3 years ago.
Please help.

The first step is to get a lawyer. I'm not sure what the statute of limitations is in that state for that but it may have passed after two (that is one of the most common for things).
