How many number of power sockets are allowed in one circuit

What is the minimum wire size used for power circuits

What is the rating of ELCB provided in the DB for power circuits

What is the standard size of power cables available

Do you mean "how many receptacles are permitted on a circuit?"
If so there is no limit providing the load does not exceed the branch circuit rating.
Still, you'll want to separate the loads so that one trip does not take out 1/2 the house.

What is ELCB in the DB?

The most common sizes for branch circuits in a dwelling are AWG #14 (15 Amp loads) and AWG # 12 ( 20 Amp loads)
