I was just messaging people on msn and there is this one guy that I talked to and we connect. This happen just recently about a week. He start texting me now though and he asked me out before but I could not so I refused. I really want to go out with him and get to know him and stuff but I am not sure how to bring it to the next level. I dun want to him to think that I am too clingy or too interested and then he will turn me off. I don't know how often I should text him back or how to act really (should I show him I care etc... ). I kind of like him but I rellie want to start as good friends first. How do I send the right message to him??

Well, I have known him from few years back but never really talk to him. Just recently I chat with him. He's 4 years older than me and he's in the same city I am in. He seems like a nice guy. So, what do you think about my question earlier??
