Hi,
I am 28 years old male, I have had sudden increase in the density of body hairs all over my body including chest, hands, legs, back and neck, The length has been now almost 2-3 inches and hairs around my nipples are about 5-6 inches long. I feel depressed and down due to this condition, I am also about to get married now and am feeling ashamed about my body. I went to the dermatologist and he advised me to perform blood sugar test and CBC ESR test and both results came out to be normal. He also told me that 10% this increase is due to hormonal imbalance and 90% is without any reason.

Will be wise to wax the entire body to get rid off the body hairs because I feel terribly uncomfortable due to this condition and understand that it is also unhygeinic.

Can anybody please advice how to tackle this problem.

Regards,
Amit K

Are your parents blessed with a lot of body hair? Mediterranean and some other cultures have folks with dark body hair, it is normal.

A physician can test for conditions related to hirsuitism; I guess you have had blood tests?

I think you have to have more grooming techniques that other men. Be sure to pluck your eyebrows and eliminate hair on the bridge of the nose. Keep your neck shaved and the top of your shoulders clean. Then, trim you chest hair with scissors to a short length.

You will look handsome and eliminate any kind of gorilla look.

I personally like to look at hairy men, and I think a lot of other women do too. Being shaved is a fad now, but it makes men look too reptilian, in my opinion.

Good Luck, you'll look terrific, your best self, :)
