Hello everyone! I hope everyone's day is going good, however I'll get right to the point. I have been considering getting a nose job for quite some time now. I do not hate myself, I am not superficial... this was a well thought out choice that I have made on my own. I have done plenty of research on the operation and doctors I simply want to enhance my facial features. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if this will go through successfully and if I'll be happy with the results. Thanks and I look forward to the answers! No judging lectures please lol.

By the way PM me if more details are needed (which I'm sure they will be) or we can work something else out.

I've answered questions like that in my own life by drawing a single Tarot card. Well, not exactly like that, but I mean those kind of issues: Either do it or don't do it, and you've done all the ordinary research you can to try to know what's best to do, but you know that if you take action X you can't fully predict whether it will be for the best, the only way to find out is to try, and the action is at least somewhat irrevocable. Those kind of issues.

If you have some comfort with Tarot or I-Ching, I'd try that. If such things are totally foreign to you, tell you what: Get an old, well worn pack of ordinary playing cards, preferably one that belongs to you and that you like and have good associations with. Spend some time shuffling them and getting them used to your hands, then draw one and tell me what you get. Worth a shot, as they say.

Do you mind trying the tarot or I-Ching? They sound promising.

If you are happy with the way you look and you are not vain, then what is the reason you need it?

Because I want to.

artlover, Alder was asking that you draw a card after shuffling through it, post it, and he would get back to you. If you have no tarot cards use a regular playing deck

What spyderglass said. It's worth a go.

I've always heard you can make a decision like this by flipping a coin: Heads I'll do it, tails I won't. The theory is, while the coin is in the air, you realize you know how you want it to land. But in this case, you already know that. You know you want it. You just know there is risk it won't turn out the way you hope.

If you do the trick with the card (playing card if you don't have Tarot, since modern playing cards are derived from Tarot anyway), as you draw, hold the question firmly in your mind: If I do it, what will be the outcome?
