My husband has a daughter who is being cared for by her grandma. However they have moved house, and changed phone numbers, and we cannot contact them or find out where they are living. None of the websites can help me track down either of their names and they are not in the phone book. Child support will not give us her contact details. Who do we talk to?

Hi, keir!
Is the daughter over the age of 18? It would be helpful to know that here.
Thanks!

If he pays child support, has he filed for visitation?

Is a Government agency collecting the support and forwarding it, which is what it sounds like? If it is being collected and going straight to her - or her grandmother - your husband's employer has the info.
You have to go back to Court for a visitation/custody order - if that is what you want. The Court will do its best to locate her.

Does the court order state they have to notify ?
Or to be honest hold paying support a few weeks and I bet they will call.

Hi, keir!
I would also be helpful if you would answer the other questions that have been asked of you here.
Thanks!

Hi, keir!
1. If you have her photo, try to publish in a news paper for immediate trace.
2. If you have an idea where she is now, you can refer the government records in that loality.
3. Pray to St. Alphonsa. I am sure, one day she will appear before you as a surprise!
Thanks!

This is the legal board. The "praying" advice is inappropriate.
As far as her photo - you can't legally do that when a minor is involved UNLESS there's a Police Report on file and an allegation of some type of abuse/kidnapping/fraud. The OP could very well be arrested for this.
The person receiving the support and, if it's payroll deduction, the person sending it knows where the child is.
