I'm 14 Years Old And Seem To Cry Over Nothing, Mostly When I'm Feeling Angry Or Fustrated With Somthink I Just Feel I Need To Cry. For Example When My Mum Gets Me Mad I Always Cry After Regreting What I Said To Her, Then I Start To Think About All The Other Things That Make Me Angry Which Makes Me Cry More
Also I Snap A lot Even At The Slighest Things. Example She Might Ask Me To Do Her Hair And il Shout No! And Get Angry. I No, I Sound Silly... :(
I Used To Be A Happy Bubble Girl But Now I just Seem So Angry All The Time, My Mum Wants To Take Me Anger Manments But I'm Not sure if That Will Work?

Hi, Baby-Face!
Actually, anger management classes or counseling sessions, especially if they might involve others who also are around the same age as you, might be a good thing! You could learn a lot about yourself, how to cope so that you feel better about the things that you do, and also maybe make some new friends who have similar issues with which to deal in their own lives.
Concerning your crying, well you know that you are growing and changing in a lot of different ways. Growing and changing in a lot of different ways can also affect a persons emotions a lot!
If you would like to continue to post about how you think, act and feel, then please do! There are many people on this site who would be willing to give you "a shoulder on which to lean" and also positive and proactive feedback which would be helpful to you.
We care about you here! :) This is also one of the safest sites on which you could participate and talk about the frustrations that you have!
Thanks!

Are you being rebellious now that you are a teenager flooded with hormones? :)
Frustrated that you don't get your way?
Sounds normal to me. Just be glad you have a nice, even tempered mother protecting you from yourself until you grow up.
Best wishes to you, :)

It's just growing pains, sweetie. It'll pass. Just hang in there and try to be nicer to your mum. She can help you a lot here if you let her.
