We have a Hunter remote control unit that controls power to a high ceiling light (15 ft.) over a pool table. The remote control works well, but occasionally the light comes on by itself. We cannot easily (or inexpensively) move the pool table to get to the light so we're trying to figure out what radio interference is causing the light to come on at times (about 4-15 times per week). We can't associate it with our garage door openers or those of our neighbors. What else might be causing it? Would a wireless router in our house cause this random occurrence? Would cordless phones cause it? I know the remote control unit has jumper settings (in the receiver and in the control unit), but it would be VERY difficult to get to the unit in the ceiling box to change the setting. What else might I be able to change? Thanks.
