I just figured out about how to host warcraft 3 custom games.About 2 days later when I hosted a game everyone was disconnected.The next day people could not even join!

I could use some advise.:)

Check your RAM

If you have a lot of crap on your computer, it may be the reason why you lag and the players get disconnected.

Maybe your internet connection is slower than others?

Yea that's probably the reason
