Hello again from Vancouver Canada
Someone answered my original question. But there is more to the question.
Even if I have gone through all the legal channels. Which are the same as you describe where you live.
I hire a Bailiff on the day he is to leave.
The Bailiff Co. told me that if he still refuses to leave I have to go again to get more paperwork against him.
The Bailiff will not touch him, will not force him out.
As I see it, there is NO law. Only a bluff to keep everyone thinking there is a law.
Please give me hope there is a system that works because I'm really under a lot of stress right now.
