I'm trying to remember the name of a film that I used to watch when I was a kid. The only thing I can remember is that The main character was a girl who had this magic pocket mirror or something that could change her outfits. It could have been Anime, but I'm not sure. Anyone know?

I also remember a specific part where she changes into a fireproof outfit to rescue someone from a burning building...

I'm thinking the Magical Princess Gigi. She had a magic stick of some kind that not only made her appear older but changed her outfit as well. She could be like a singer or a teacher.. etc.
There was both a movie and a cartoon I believe.
