Landlord asked me to move from his property because , a landlord found out where I moved and contacted my present landlord and now he is asking me to move because of my pass evictions that was given to him ,from my last landlord.


Landlord evicted me because of past evictions , is this legal ?

We need a little more info.

First, where are you located?
Second, are you already living in the property?
Did you fill out a rental application? If so, did it ask about past evictions? And if so, what did you report?

In most cases, if you lie or leave out info on an application, it's grounds for eviction.
