The previous owner should have it...
It's a built in security feature that causes the radio to not work until the proper code is inputted.. more headaches than anything...
Enter the code and you should be fine...
If previous owner doesn't have it go to local dealer.. show that you just purchased the car so they know its not stolen and they should be able to find the code no problem.. might cost around $40-50 though... from what I hear around here... call ahead to see how much... good luck
