Hello.

I have a few enquiries. I am a Malaysian who has just got married to a British RAF Officer on 12th July 2008 in Cyprus. Our wedding was held in Cyprus as Kenzie(my husband) was serving out there. We had a Church of England wedding with a UK marriage certificate. After our wedding & honeymoon, we came back to the UK and stayed at a military base. I came in with a tourist visa.

How and where can I apply for a spouse visa?

Is it possible for me to apply for a UK spouse visa in England, or do I have to go back to Malaysia to apply from the British High Commission?

If I am able to apply in England, what are the procedures? Which form must I fill? Also will companies accept my CV if I apply jobs before obtaining the spouse visa? I can't wait to work as England cost of living is so high!

Please advice.

Many thanks.

UK spouse visa must be apply outside UK only. Your husband should contact the RAF Administrative Office where he works, they provide this service and advice on what to do and paperwork, etc.
