With the V3xx it's easy (No software required). With the V3 it's much harder.

Bluetooth can usually do it in both cases.

Motorola Phone Tools can do it in both cases. Available with and without the cable.

I think SyncCell will do it too. www.synccell.com. It's a nice program primarily designed for contact management.

The V3xx just needs a cable and you have to set how the communications interface behaves on the phone. Data, Memory Card or USB printing.

Well, the easiest way for a non techie person:

Send a pix message. Use your email instead of a phone number.

Other way.
Download Drivers (MOTODEV > Documentation & Tools > USB Drivers for Motorola Products > Handset USB Driver for Windows (http://developer.motorola.com/docstools/USB_Drivers/Handset_USB_Driver/)) Install
Download MSU (motorola software update - free) Install it
Download P2KCommander (free) unzip it to a folder, there is no install.

Run MSU, wait till it tells you to plug in your device.
Using a USB cord (same as MANY digital cameras)
Plug in your phone.
Wait for it to tell you there are no updates.
LEAVE MSU RUNNING!!

Start P2kcommander.exe
Once loaded, it should say its connected (and in the lower left it will way something about GENERIC NAME FAIL. This is normal)

In the left side, browse to the folder you want to copy the images too...

In the right side, select /p2k phone from the dropdown. Then click re-read
It should get all folders from your phone.
Browse around (I don't remember the folder path)
But look for a bunch of JPG files. Select them and click the copy button. Wait for it to finish.

Done.
