I have sharp shooting pains in my groin area they come and go but only when I am standing... and it has only been today?? Can anyone help?? :(

Could be anything from a hernia to an injured hip to even kidney stones. But, just panic yet. You may have just twisted funny, or slept in a strange position. Give it a few days and see what happens
