Sorry, but your question doesn't really make much sense.
If you are asking why there is a accounting board here, that is because AskMeHelpDesk is a wide ranging Question & Answer site and NOT limited to simply computer (helpdesk) queries.

I mean is there actually a job where you are a help desk technician and using or doing accounting at the same time?
