My ex boyfriend and I bought a houseboat together five years ago and we jointly lived on it for 3. He left the property 3/07 and has not paid any of the bills associated with the boat. The loan is completely in my name and I want to sell it at NO profit and just get out of it. However, he refuses to sign the title which is impending the sale. How do I get his name off the title?

You would have to go to Court, request an Order forcing him to sign.
