I have a 15 year old who has hardly seen her father over the past year and now my ex-husband has completely stopped paying child support and his half of private school tuition, which is stipulated in our final divorce papers. If I can get him to terminate his rights, will the State of Florida allow this?? Per the divorce agreement he has me tied to the tri-county area and if he's not going to see his daughter or support her finanically, I would rather have him sign his rights away so I can move to a different state to be closer to my family and a huge support network. I have no family in the state and work 2 jobs to pay the bills and keep her in private school. I just don't have the money to hire an attorney at this point in time. Somebody please help!!
Additionally, if it is stated in the Joint Stipulation Agreement that he must pay for half of private school for her secondary education, can Support Enforcement go after these monies also or only the Court Ordered Child Support amount??
