I want to be in my children's lives in every aspect possible. But their mother is doing everything she can to keep me out. I spent some time in jail and she uses this against me. What are my basic rights as a father?

No I haven't been to court with exception to a no contact order situation that had originally been issued. The agreement was at that point every weekend visitation. She then also said she would honor that agreement when I was about to be released. My case was a drug related case. I have honored all responsabilities set forth by the courts and parole board
