Its considered rape if she is under the age of 16, even if she wants it or not.

Look up age of consent via state on google. You will be amazed at the facts. I think in Mass., the age is 13. Many states are 14. If you are freshly 17 and she is near 15,,, what is the problem? Just give it a raincoat so you don't ruin your life too soon.

Not that easy Mister... if she reports this incident in the next year or two, your life would be ruined anyway. Stay away from her is the only answer!

Yes it is illegal and you could end up in jail and then be classified as a child molester ( registered sex offender) for the rest of your life.
