Why would my brand new solar cover loose all it's boyancy in one summer? All the bubble's are all broken and or deflated.

It usually takes a few seasons for this to happen as the vinyl gets brittle from the Uv of the sun. Was there a warranty or can you get hold of the folks who sold it to you, this is not normal. OR do you have a neighborhood kids who has too much time on his hands?
