 Can I LEGALLY use the credit card info of a customer (has paid by C.C. previously) to pay the bill they owe me that was promised to be paid in 30 days, but has NOT been paid (over 45 days)?? 2 weeks ago, "the check is in the mail"
Thanks,
K.

Not unless you have an agreement with them to use the credit card on file to pay invoices.

Do you feel you have a claim of an oral agreement? You can take that to small claims. Is there any written agreement or invoice that adds language to your transaction?
