My husband and I have been divorced for 6 years. We have 3 children together, ages 6, 12 and 13.I have full custody of kids. My ex started paying child support in 2005. We divorced in 2004. He pays in the amount of 353.00 monthly. He is working, actually 3 or 4 jobs. But The child support is based on his job at the board of education as a full-time sub. The children are teenagers now, 2 of them and the other is 6. with the 353 .00 It is such a struggle at this age per month and I need to increase the child support by at least $250.00 more. Usually when I buy for one, sometimes both the other is left out of needed expenses. That would make the increase go up to $200.00 per child . What can I do .Do I have a chance to increase their child support. This is my first time asking for an increase.
I am a marrried woman with 3 children who asked about increase in child support.
