How to resurface a one-piece shower stall made of fiberglass?

I would etch the surface and paint with a epoxy paint. I won't recommend a particular acid for etching so you need to do a bit of research on your own, like Google etch fiber glass. Etching has its own inherant dangers so wear protective clothing and face shield. You could also etch/sand the surface with 180 grit sand paper.
