I get like heat flashes on the bottom of my feet only.

Hi... not much info to go with here, but I'll give it a go.

Could you be a diabetic, sometimes this happens... where you get really hot feet, my son gets it, he is diabetic and apparently it's all to do with the regulation of body temperature, which happens when you are a diabetic.

The difficulty he finds is cooling them down, we've tried everything... cold air fan... wet flannels... trouble is everything heats up to quick.
In the end the best method was a rubber hot water bottle,filled with the coldest water you could get, then resting your feet on it... worked a treat, try it.
